Our career intensive is a guided, expert-led program that walks you step by step through today’s hiring landscape. This is not a lecture, webinar, or “self-paced” online course. It’s an interactive, small-group format where you’ll workshop, practice, and build standout materials with professional feedback.

Over three weeks and four weekends, you’ll learn how to position yourself with confidence, create a personal brand, and perfect your supporting materials, including your resume, digital footprint, and professional profiles (like LinkedIn).

All while building a network of mentors and young women navigating the same stage of their careers.

We keep each group small and high-impact, limited to 10-15 participants per workshop.

Scholarship Opportunities:

Two full scholarship seats are available for women who are interested in taking the full workshop and supporting in a work-study role. These roles include assisting with day-of facilitation, marketing efforts, and general program coordination.
